Insurance & HMO Operations Manager

About the role

NCDF Group is hiring an Insurance & HMO Operations Manager to lead the establishment and day-to-day coordination of LifeCome HMO and LifeCome Benefits. As the first operational officer, you will develop products, set up operating systems, build partnerships and secure customers. The role suits a knowledgeable, commercially minded professional who can turn business plans into practical delivery and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement launch and operating plans for both companies.
• Coordinate product development, pricing and partnerships with insurers, healthcare providers and distribution partners.
• Set up processes for customer enrolment, policy and benefits administration, claims coordination and complaints management.
• Coordinate regulatory readiness and compliance with internal and external specialists.
• Build a customer pipeline through relationships with employers, institutions, associations and other target markets.
• Manage daily operations and recommend staffing, technology and resources as the businesses grow.
• Maintain operational records and provide regular performance reports to Group Management.

Required profile

• A relevant degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Health Management or a related discipline.
• At least seven years' experience in the HMO, health insurance or wider insurance sector, including management responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, corporate sales or partnership management.
• Sound understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance processes.
• Ability to work independently, establish processes and deliver results in a developing business.
• Relevant qualifications and experience launching products or setting up a new business unit are an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong practical knowledge of HMO operations, insurance products, provider networks, claims administration and customer service.
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
