About the role
Auldon Toys, Nigeria’s No. 1 Toy Store, is seeking a full‑time Human Resources Specialist to join its Lagos office. The role combines HR policy development with executive assistance duties, supporting a positive and productive workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee benefits programs and personnel administration.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR regulations.
- Address employee‑related issues and foster positive employee relations.
- Support recruitment processes and contribute to talent acquisition.
- Promote a constructive work environment aligned with company values.
Required profile
- Strong expertise in Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies.
- Experience managing employee benefits and personnel management.
- Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of Nigerian labour law and best HR practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in an HR role is preferred.
