Hub Manager

About the role

The Hub Manager leads the front‑line team to launch new hubs/shops and drive growth toward profitability. This role combines entrepreneurial thinking with operational excellence to support customer acquisition and coach Jaza stars.

Key responsibilities

• Support hub growth by acquiring an average of 130 active customers (L7) through door‑to‑door sales and customer retention initiatives.
• Manage hub profitability, aiming for 1M USD monthly recurring revenue and >$2.8 ARPU by converting customers to membership models.
• Coach Jaza stars on sales techniques, customer service, and inventory management to ensure compliance and efficient operations.
• Recruit, interview, train and onboard new Jaza stars, and lead hyper‑care meetings to address challenges and track progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, customer relations, entrepreneurship or similar roles.
• Proven leadership experience managing or training teams.
• Strong communication, analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
