Hub Manager

About the role

The Hub Manager leads the launch and growth of new hubs/shops, driving customer acquisition, retention and profitability. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to coach and develop a team of Jaza stars.

Key responsibilities

• Support hub growth by acquiring an average of 130 active customers per hub through door‑to‑door sales and customer outreach.
• Manage customer retention, membership renewal and transition from pay‑per‑swap to membership models to achieve ~1M monthly recurring revenue and >$2.8 ARPU.
• Own hub profitability, ensuring compliance with loss and missing packs metrics while balancing revenue generation.
• Coach Jaza stars on sales techniques, customer service, inventory management and SOP compliance.
• Recruit, interview, train and onboard new Jaza stars and flag any issues that limit hub performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, customer relations, entrepreneurship or similar roles.
• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
