About the role

The Hub Manager leads the launch and growth of new hubs/shops, ensuring profitability and a strong customer base. You will coach Jaza stars, recruit and train team members, and oversee operational standards.

Key responsibilities

Support hub growth by acquiring an average of 130 active customers per hub.
Conduct door‑to‑door sales with Jaza stars and manage customer retention, aiming for 1M monthly recurring revenue and >$2.8 ARPU.
Own hub profitability, enforce compliance metrics, and coach best practices in sales, customer service, and inventory management.
Lead recruitment, interview, and training of Jaza stars and report challenges to the regional coordinator.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Administration, Marketing or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, customer relations, entrepreneurship or similar roles.
Proven leadership experience managing or training teams.
Data‑driven decision‑making and strong communication skills.
