About the role
We are looking for an HR/Admin Officer to support our growing real‑estate business. The role involves managing end‑to‑end recruitment, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting with performance management. You will also help implement HR policies and ensure smooth administrative operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, attendance logs, and leave records to ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist with performance management by supporting staff appraisals and employee development initiatives.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software and related tools.
