Head of Telesales

About the role

Bravies Homz is looking for a Head of Telesales in Abuja to lead, supervise and motivate the telesales team and drive property sales through effective telesales strategies. The role also involves working with the marketing and sales teams to turn leads into paying customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate the telesales team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to drive property sales.
• Monitor calls, follow-ups, lead conversion and individual team performance.
• Ensure prospective buyers are properly engaged and followed up from initial enquiry to site inspection and purchase.
• Train and coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling and closing.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and give feedback to management.
• Work with the marketing and sales teams to convert leads into paying customers.
• Meet personal sales targets while ensuring the team meets its departmental targets.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience; previous real estate experience is compulsory.
• Proven experience leading or supervising a telesales team.
• Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership, organisational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools is an advantage.
