Head of Sales – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially‑driven Head of Sales to lead revenue growth in a premium hospitality and luxury lifestyle environment. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building high‑value client relationships and converting opportunities into measurable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify new revenue opportunities, create sales plans, forecasts and pipelines.
• Proactively acquire new business, build relationships with corporate organisations, private individuals and strategic partners.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and represent the organisation at client meetings, events and networking platforms.
• Manage key accounts, ensure exceptional client experience and drive repeat business.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends and prepare regular reports for management.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships and referral networks to expand market presence.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of sales, business development or commercial experience in hospitality, luxury lifestyle, events or private clubs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing high‑value client accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and presentation skills, and executive presence.
• Extensive personal and professional network within premium hospitality and lifestyle markets.
