Head of Sales

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead our sales function, drive revenue growth, and build a high‑performing sales team in the real estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's overall sales strategy to achieve sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.
• Own the company's sales targets, forecasts, and commercial performance, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
• Set, monitor, and cascade annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales targets across the sales team.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and performance‑manage the Sales Manager and broader sales team to consistently exceed business objectives.
• Drive customer acquisition through strategic partnerships, corporate sales, channel development, and other revenue‑generating initiatives.
• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, KPIs, and CRM data to improve productivity and sales performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other business units to maximise lead generation, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer experience.
• Prepare executive sales reports and provide strategic recommendations to support business growth and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate or related discipline; MBA is a plus.
• 7–10 years progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in real estate or high‑value sales.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing ambitious sales and revenue targets.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, business development and people‑management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management and strategic planning capabilities.
