About the role
Brit Properties Nigeria Limited builds legacies through land sales and construction. As a Unit Manager you will lead a team to turn client visions into tangible properties while driving brand visibility and sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 4 competent unit managers.
- Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 20 sales executives.
- Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies and sales plans to build brand visibility.
- Ensure monthly targets for the team are met and exceeded.
- Achieve excellent sales performance.
