About the role
Brit Properties Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced Agency Manager to lead a team of unit managers and sales executives in Port Harcourt. You will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, building brand visibility, and ensuring the agency meets and exceeds its targets.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 4 competent unit managers.
- Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 20 sales executives.
- Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies and sales plans required to build brand visibility.
- Ensure monthly targets for the team are met and exceeded.
- Achieve excellent monthly sales performance.
