Head of Sales

About the role

The Head of Sales will lead Bravies Homz's Business Development Executives, driving property sales and revenue growth in the Abuja market. This senior position requires strategic planning, team leadership, and close collaboration with marketing to convert leads into successful transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and monitor Business Development Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement practical strategies to increase property sales and revenue.
• Oversee daily sales activities including prospecting, lead follow‑ups, property inspections, negotiations and closures.
• Track team performance, identify gaps and take corrective actions to meet expectations.
• Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with clients, investors and referral partners.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to convert campaign leads into sales.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and highlight challenges for management.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Proven experience supervising or leading a sales team and meeting targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Ability to monitor performance, hold team members accountable and drive results.
