Sales Executive – Luxury Real Estate

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive sales of luxury residential properties and real‑estate investment opportunities across Abuja and its surrounding areas. You will be responsible for generating high‑value leads, managing the full sales cycle, and building lasting relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify high‑value leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and relationship management.
• Conduct property inspections, site visits and executive‑level client presentations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Negotiate pricing, payment plans and contractual agreements with prospective buyers.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, property launches and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities in the Abuja luxury property market.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree, HND or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in real‑estate sales and marketing, specifically luxury residential properties valued at ₦100 million and above.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Current residence in Abuja and strong knowledge of the local luxury real‑estate market.
• Experience engaging high‑net‑worth individuals, investors and corporate clients.
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
