About the role

Lead the sales function for a fast‑growing travel consultancy, driving revenue across corporate travel management, vacation packages, visa support, and bespoke tours. You will build high‑value B2B relationships and shape the commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Drive aggressive revenue growth across corporate travel management, vacation packages, visa support, and bespoke tour operations.
• Prospect, pitch, and close high‑value B2B accounts, multinational corporations, and institutional travel contracts.
• Lead, mentor, and performance‑manage the sales team, conducting pipeline reviews to clear bottlenecks.
• Design high‑margin travel packages and promotional offers to outpace competitors.
• Establish strategic partnerships with global airlines, Destination Management Companies, and hoteliers for exclusive pricing.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of sales experience in Travel & Tourism, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of scaling pipelines and exceeding revenue targets.
• Deep knowledge of travel ecosystems and a strong corporate network.
• Self‑starter, resilient, high‑energy personality who leads by example.
