Head of Sales (Hybrid) – Real Estate & Property Development

About the role

Softnation Homes Limited, a leading real estate and property development company, is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead its sales function and drive revenue growth. The role is hybrid, requiring four days onsite in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Set, monitor, and drive sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive lead generation, conversion, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Analyse sales performance and provide regular reports and recommendations to Management.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Build a high‑performing, accountable, and results‑driven sales culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related commercial function.
• Experience across Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, FMCG, or related sectors is preferred.
• At least 5 years of Real Estate experience is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and team‑management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship‑management, and analytical skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial awareness.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
