Head of Recruitment & Learning Project

About the role

Jiji.ng is looking for a strategic, hands‑on leader to own high‑volume sales recruitment and workforce training for both online and offline teams. You will manage a team of Recruitment Associates, build a steady pipeline of qualified sales agents, and ensure new hires are trained, productive, and aligned with sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment of sales agents for online and offline teams.
• Develop and execute mass recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through multiple sourcing channels.
• Coach and manage Recruitment Associates, set targets, monitor KPIs, and allocate workloads.
• Design and coordinate onboarding and sales training programmes, assess effectiveness and readiness.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to address performance gaps and improve productivity.
• Translate business growth plans into recruitment targets and hiring schedules.
• Manage mass hiring campaigns, workforce expansion, and special recruitment projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations or related field.
• 4–7 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience with high‑volume hiring.
• 2–3 years of team leadership or recruitment project management experience.
• Proven success recruiting large numbers of sales agents within tight timelines.
• Experience in BPO, e‑commerce, telecommunications, FMCG, fintech or similar high‑volume sales environments is desirable.
• Professional HR certification and experience coordinating sales training are added advantages.
