Head of HR – MENA Region

About the role

As the Head of HR for the MENA region, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning talent management with the company’s growth objectives. You will oversee HR operations across multiple Middle‑East and North‑Africa countries, ensuring compliance with local labour laws while fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent management strategies that support regional business goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end HR functions including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, compensation, and corporate culture.
• Manage labour relations, visa processing, talent deployment and mitigate employment risks in accordance with local regulations.
• Drive HR projects and administrative management at country and regional levels.
• Localise and continuously upgrade HR systems across all modules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or generalist role.
• Proven experience across multiple HR functions, especially recruitment, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
• High resilience, strong collaboration, growth mindset and ability to adapt in a fast‑moving start‑up environment.
• Willingness to undertake long‑term international assignments and frequent travel; fluency in Mandarin and English.
