About the role
The Head of Fund Analysis and Reporting will lead the performance analysis, valuation governance and reporting functions for the firm’s investment funds. This senior position involves managing a team and delivering accurate financial and regulatory reports.
Key responsibilities
- Lead fund performance analysis including IRR, MOIC, returns, yield and benchmarking.
- Oversee NAV governance, valuation reviews and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Drive financial, investor and regulatory reporting and develop reporting dashboards.
- Support fund launches, portfolio analysis and strategic decision‑making.
- Lead and mentor a high‑performing analysis and reporting team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (Master’s or CFA a plus).
- 4–6+ years of experience in fund analysis, investment reporting or asset management.
- Experience working with fund administrators, auditors and preferably the Big Four.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
- Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools.
