About the role

CredPal, a fintech company offering credit cards and investment solutions, is hiring a Head, Execution & Productivity in Lagos. The role anchors the COO's office and turns strategy into disciplined execution across credit, payments and investments. It is full-time, senior level and hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Cascade company OKRs into departmental and individual plans, turn executive priorities into roadmaps and milestones, and lead initiatives such as market expansion, product launches, restructuring and operating model optimisation.
• Identify execution bottlenecks and drive quick resolution, aligning Product, Engineering, Risk, Growth, Finance and Operations.
• Own executive dashboards, KPI tracking and reporting, lead performance reviews with HR, flag underperformance and run corrective action plans.
• Run operational audits of sales funnels, onboarding, delivery performance and unit economics, and ensure teams measure outcomes, not just activity.
• Own the operating cadence (weekly business reviews, monthly management meetings, quarterly planning), standardise workflows, playbooks and SOPs, and partner with Finance on spend, ROI and budget discipline.
• Support the COO with briefs, dashboards and decision memos, attend meetings on their behalf, track company-wide initiatives and lead special projects.
• Foster a culture of ownership, speed, discipline and transparency across leadership teams.

Required profile

• 7-10+ years in operations leadership, chief of staff, management consulting, strategy and operations or high-growth tech environments.
• Prior experience working directly with founders, CEOs/COOs or executive teams; fintech or regulated industry experience is an advantage.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-team initiatives; ability to hold senior leaders accountable without formal authority.
• Strong analytical ability, project management discipline, and comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous, regulated environments.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Sheets; dashboard tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
• SQL preferred; Agile, Lean or Six Sigma familiarity preferred.
