About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to head our Corporate Finance & Investment function, responsible for originating, evaluating and executing high‑impact transactions while shaping investment strategy and portfolio development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field (advantage)
• Professional qualification such as CFA, CIS, ACA, ACCA or equivalent (strongly preferred)
• Must satisfy applicable SEC requirements and be eligible to serve as an SEC‑sponsored individual, where required
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, asset management, private equity, investment management or related capital‑markets environments
• 4–5 years in a senior corporate finance, investment, transaction advisory or portfolio/investment management role
• Demonstrable experience in financial modelling, company valuation, investment analysis and transaction structuring
• Proven track record in originating and executing corporate finance or investment transactions
