About the role
We are looking for a motivated Gym & Swimming Pool Instructor to supervise our fitness and aquatic facilities, guide members on safe exercise techniques, and ensure a clean, safe environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise gym and swimming pool activities and monitor clients during workouts.
- Guide clients on proper exercise techniques, fitness routines, and basic water‑safety practices.
- Assist members with the use of gym equipment and provide swimming instruction.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the gym and pool areas.
- Conduct routine checks on equipment, report faults and safety concerns promptly.
- Enforce facility safety rules and maintain professional relationships with guests and members.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a gym instructor, swimming instructor, fitness trainer or similar role.
- Good knowledge of gym equipment, fitness routines and pool safety.
- Physically fit, energetic and safety‑conscious.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to reside in provided accommodation.
