Growth & Marketing Executive

About the role

EduFi Africa is looking for a Growth & Marketing Executive in Lagos to grow its awareness and reach among schools in Nigeria. The role covers digital marketing, content creation, lead generation and close collaboration with Sales & Partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow EduFi's awareness and reach among schools in Nigeria.
• Manage the website, social media channels and digital presence.
• Create content such as social media posts, videos, articles, product updates and educational content.
• Develop marketing materials including pitch decks, brochures, presentations and sales collateral.
• Generate and nurture qualified leads through digital campaigns, email, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
• Work closely with Sales & Partnerships to support school acquisition, demos and pilot programmes.
• Research schools, competitors and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Collect and analyse customer and prospect feedback to improve messaging and marketing approach.
• Plan and manage campaigns, track performance and make improvements based on results.
• Support participation in education events, partnerships and other visibility opportunities.
• Develop case studies, testimonials and customer success stories.
• Monitor marketing performance and report regularly on leads, campaigns, engagement and contribution to school acquisition.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of BSc.
• 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
