Growth Marketing & Community Partnerships Manager

About the role

This isn’t a traditional digital‑marketing role. You will own growth for both users and the business community, linking online and offline efforts, building strategic partnerships, and turning businesses into paying customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute user‑acquisition campaigns, offline activations, campus drives and referral programmes.
• Manage email, push‑notification and lifecycle‑marketing campaigns to boost engagement and retention.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with restaurants, SMEs, brands, universities and community groups, driving business‑tool adoption and revenue.
• Coordinate online and offline marketing activities, support product launches and represent Maoni at industry events.
• Track, analyse and optimise acquisition, activation, retention and referral metrics.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable growth results in user acquisition, retention or partnership programmes.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast‑moving startup and taking ownership without waiting for direction.
• Enjoys meeting people, building relationships and solving growth challenges.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in email‑marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of push‑notification platforms.
• Familiarity with Meta (Facebook) and Google advertising tools.
