About the role

Our client, a leading retail brand specializing in unique fashion accessories for women, is seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to drive content creation, digital engagement, and community growth across key social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure 100% weekly content output across the Product, Lifestyle, and Culture pillars.
• Execute a TikTok‑first posting schedule using native‑edited content to grow the primary channel.
• Enforce strict pillar classification and set clear business goals for each piece before production.
• Oversee daily WhatsApp channel operations and coordinate the weekly Sunday newsletter.
• Brief and direct exclusive UGC creators in alignment with brand strategy.
• Run and optimise the post‑purchase UGC “Queens Loop” program.
• Track weekly KPIs, log content experiments, and apply stop‑loss rules on underperforming formats.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing and delivering results on WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok.
• At least one year of relevant marketing experience.
• Ability to manage complex tasks, streamline organization, and analyse performance data.
