Harava International Business Consultancy Limited (Harava Nigeria) is seeking a creative, strategic, and results‑driven Social Media & Communications Associate to strengthen its digital presence, elevate the brand, and generate qualified business leads across Nigeria and the United States. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who combines creativity with business acumen and can turn compelling content into measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies.
• Manage the firm’s LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, articles, and campaigns.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Support business development through digital lead generation.
• Promote webinars, events, and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Experience in a consulting, accounting, advisory, or other professional services firm is an advantage.
• Excellent writing, communication, and content creation abilities.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
