Product Marketer & Key Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketer and Key Account Manager to drive growth across all channels in the FMCG sector. You will develop data‑driven strategies, build strong distributor relationships, and help expand our market presence in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement data‑driven growth strategies across all channels.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Conduct market analysis, prepare regular performance and trend reports.
• Increase product distribution and visibility through targeted initiatives.
• Oversee distributor performance via ride‑alongs, market visits and performance reviews.
• Work towards sales‑metric KPIs and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Execute sales plans aligned with brand objectives and manage distributor partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial stakeholders to amplify presence in all outlets.
• Maintain accurate documentation of distributor activities and results.
• Address distributor concerns, identify growth opportunities and provide ongoing training and support.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing or distribution management, preferably within the beverage/FMCG industry.
• Proven track record managing distributor relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence wholesalers and distributors.
• Self‑starter with strong analytical and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
