About the role
Khairo Diet Clinic is hiring a Growth Manager in Lagos to drive B2B growth for its health services. The role combines corporate sales, hospital partnerships and HMO expansion, with field outreach across Lagos and in-clinic work.
Key responsibilities
- Secure B2B accounts for employee wellness packages, lunch and learn seminars and executive health audits.
- Partner with Medical Directors and private clinics to build steady patient referral streams.
- Engage HMO provider managers to increase authorised patient coverage.
- Source B2B leads and run field outreach across Lagos to hit monthly growth targets.
Required profile
- B.Sc./B.A. in business, marketing, health or biological sciences or a related field.
- 2-4 years in B2B, pharma, medical device sales or HMO relations in Lagos.
- Exceptional communication skills, confident pitching to C-suite executives and senior physicians.
- Self-motivated closer who thrives on field outreach and performance earnings.
What we offer
- Remuneration of NGN 250,000 per month gross, tax and allowances inclusive.
- 5% uncapped commission.
