Full Stack Developer (Junior-Mid)

About the role

CredPal, a financial technology company offering credit cards and investment solutions, is looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to help shape its fintech products. The role is full time and hybrid, at junior to mid level, and focuses on building efficient APIs, integrating third-party services and delivering responsive, engaging user interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy web applications with React.js, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Node.js and Express.js, using MongoDB.
• Design and document RESTful APIs and server-side logic, and integrate third-party services and payment gateways.
• Use AI-powered coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT and Tabnine to speed up development and improve code quality.
• Ensure responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces with smooth animations and interactions, aligned with design guidelines.
• Maintain code quality through testing, debugging and code reviews, and keep technical documentation up to date.
• Stay current with AI-driven development trends and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Proven full stack developer experience, preferably in a fintech or high-growth financial service company.
• Experience with AI coding tools and familiarity with RESTful APIs, JWT/OAuth authentication, Mongoose.js, CI/CD, SSR/CSR in React, WebSockets and responsive design.
• Proficiency in Git, npm/Yarn, Webpack/Parcel, Postman/Insomnia, and Docker; knowledge of Agile and development best practices.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and explain technical ideas to non-technical people; willingness to start immediately.
• Open-source contributions, personal projects or certifications are a plus; fintech knowledge is an advantage.
