About the role

We are looking for a bilingual professional to help improve AI‑generated email responses for French and English users. This remote contractor position involves reviewing AI‑crafted replies using a personal Gmail inbox as context and providing detailed feedback to enhance relevance, accuracy, and personalization.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated email responses for relevance, accuracy, helpfulness, and appropriate personalization.
• Compare multiple response options and identify the strongest overall experience.
• Spot unsupported assumptions, incorrect personalization, irrelevant recommendations, and subtle inconsistencies.
• Explain judgments with clear, well‑reasoned written feedback while protecting privacy.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in both French and English, capable of evaluating nuanced written content.
• A personal Gmail account regularly used for communication, with at least 30% of emails in each language and a minimum of 1,000 messages.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum two years of professional experience and strong analytical judgment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with at least 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time.
