About the role
We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site French Bilingual Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support to senior executives in Lagos. The successful candidate will act as a key communication liaison, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, meetings, and decision‑making processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
- Prepare, track, and reconcile detailed expense reports and related financial documentation.
- Coordinate tasks across departments to support executive‑level decisions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Required profile
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in executive support or a similar role is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
