About the role
The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the hotel’s restaurant, bar, pool bar, room service and banquet areas in Aba, ensuring high‑quality service, guest satisfaction and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise service delivery across all F&B outlets, ensuring cleanliness, proper setup and timely service from guest arrival to departure.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, grooming and performance, conduct pre‑shift briefings and provide on‑the‑job training.
- Monitor order processing, POS accuracy, billing, and resolve any discrepancies with the cashier.
- Control inventory, conduct stock counts, report shortages or wastage and enforce proper storage and rotation practices.
- Drive revenue by achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, encouraging upselling and monitoring table turnover.
