About the role

The Financial Planning Consultant is a full‑time position based in Lagos with a hybrid work arrangement. The role involves delivering tailored financial planning advice to both individual and corporate clients, covering retirement planning, investment recommendations, and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client financial goals and analyse their financial information.
• Prepare comprehensive financial plans and present clear recommendations.
• Conduct ongoing portfolio reviews and monitor market developments.
• Ensure client strategies remain aligned with regulatory requirements and life‑stage changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Leadway’s business units to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFP or CFA are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Client‑focused mindset, integrity and ability to build long‑term trust‑based relationships.
