About the role

Leadway, a leading non‑banking financial services provider in Nigeria, is seeking a full‑time Financial Advisor based in Lagos. The position follows a hybrid work model, combining on‑site collaboration with flexible remote days.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored financial advice to individual and corporate clients, developing comprehensive financial plans.
• Recommend suitable insurance, investment, and retirement solutions based on client risk profiles.
• Assess client needs, analyse financial information, prepare proposals and present recommendations professionally.
• Conduct ongoing portfolio reviews, monitor market and regulatory developments, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Leadway’s business units and maintain accurate documentation.
• Uphold high ethical standards and ensure compliance with Nigerian financial regulations.

Required profile

• Strong financial planning skills with experience creating goal‑based plans for diverse clients.
• Solid grounding in finance and investments, capable of product analysis, risk assessment, and portfolio construction.
• Expertise in retirement planning and long‑term wealth preservation, including knowledge of pension structures.
• BSc or HND in any field, excellent analytical and quantitative abilities, and strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and familiarity with Nigerian financial regulations and industry best practices.
