Finance & Reconciliation Associate

About the role

The Finance & Reconciliation Associate supports daily finance operations, payments processing, reconciliations, settlements, reporting and month‑end activities, ensuring accurate financial records and timely resolution of exceptions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily bank, wallet, payment processor and general‑ledger reconciliations and investigate any breaks.
• Process payments, maintain accounts payable/receivable schedules, and support month‑end close and financial reporting.
• Assist with tax filings, audit support, pricing monitoring and revenue assurance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Treasury and external payment partners to resolve finance issues and drive automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, reconciliation or audit.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, data reconciliation).
• Understanding of bank reconciliations, general‑ledger accounting and finance operations.
