About the role
Womata E-Shop Limited is hiring a full-time Finance Officer based in Marina, Lagos. The role covers day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliation of e-commerce orders against payments, cash flow monitoring and accounts receivable/payable oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Execute daily bookkeeping for all revenue streams, operational costs and warehouse expenses.
- Reconcile daily e-commerce platform orders against actual payments, adjusting for refunds, platform subsidies and transaction fees.
- Verify and manage daily cash flows so that physical cash and digital payments match warehouse inventory and sales records.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (collecting from local vendors and customers) and Accounts Payable (settling local utility, logistics and supply costs).
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial summaries for review by management at the main warehouse.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of a BSc.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
