Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead financial management and reporting for a high‑growth agribusiness, ensuring accurate, timely information and supporting strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, maintain accounting policies and controls.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long‑range financial planning and develop financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, working‑capital optimisation and relationships with banks and investors.
• Partner with operational teams on pricing, profitability analysis and cost optimisation.
• Strengthen internal controls, tax compliance and risk mitigation frameworks.
• Mentor finance team members and collaborate across finance, operations, procurement and logistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• 4‑5 years progressive finance/accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, tax and regulatory compliance.
