About the role

We are seeking a Finance Auditor I to join our Energy & Utilities division in Marina, Nigeria. The role focuses on executing thorough audits of our financial systems, ensuring internal controls are effective and compliant with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits of financial processes and systems.
• Examine financial records, verify assets and liabilities, and document findings.
• Prepare detailed audit work papers and clear reports for management.
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Present audit results and compliance risks to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of professional auditing or financial analysis experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of auditing principles, financial systems, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently onsite and meet strict deadlines.
