Finance Administration Executive – Vendor Payments & Tax Support

About the role

RightCom is seeking a Finance Admin Executive to provide administrative and operational support to its Finance team across Nigeria and other markets. This junior, outsourced position is ideal for an early‑career professional who is organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple recurring tasks and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices for compliance, flag non‑compliant items, and support time‑sensitive vendor payments to avoid service disruptions.
• Monitor cash balances, coordinate fund transfers with the Treasury team, and assist with currency conversions and inter‑bank transfers.
• Prepare draft monthly tax compliance schedules, coordinate with external tax consultants, and maintain a tax compliance tracker.
• Assist with corporate tax documentation, audit support, and basic tax form filing.
• Liaise with payroll service providers, reconcile payroll‑related tax payments, and process payroll fund transfer requests.
• Support the accounting team during month‑end close, process regulatory payments, and collate documentation for fixed‑asset certification.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support (internship experience considered).
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple recurring tasks.
• Proactive, reliable, and trustworthy handling of sensitive financial information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Competence with general Microsoft Office tools.
