Chartered Accountant

About the role

Tribitat Real Estate Limited is looking for a competent and detail‑oriented Chartered Accountant to join its finance team in Lekki, Lagos. The role involves preparing financial reports, managing day‑to‑day accounting tasks, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial reports and management accounts.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor operational expenses, budgets, and cash flow.
• Process payroll and ensure timely statutory remittances.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support audits and strengthen internal financial controls.
• Provide financial analysis to support business and operational decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• ICAN/ACCA certification or in view is an added advantage.
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is an added advantage.
• Close proximity to the location is required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software.
