About the role
LuckyIn Limited is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Manager to drive growth across Lagos. You will spend most of your time on the ground, building relationships with shops, clubs and markets while ensuring our brand dominates the market.
Key responsibilities
- Visit retail outlets, clubs and markets to open new accounts and maintain existing ones.
- Achieve sales targets across retail and wholesale channels.
- Map the Lagos territory, monitor competitors and ensure brand visibility.
- Track daily performance and report results using Google Sheets.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of on‑field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverages.
- Ability to handle rejection and turn it into sales.
- Comfortable working flexible hours to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with major Lagos routes and markets.
