About the role
The Estate Surveyor will support Victor osarenkhoe & co in delivering professional property valuation, management and advisory services across Lagos. This entry‑level position offers exposure to a wide range of real‑estate activities, from valuation to brokerage.
Key responsibilities
- Determine market, rental, insurance and mortgage values for land and buildings.
- Oversee tenant relations, rent collection, routine maintenance and facility operations.
- Act as a broker to buy, sell or lease residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct market research, financial appraisals and feasibility studies for investment projects.
- Provide advice on statutory obligations, property rates and compensation matters.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of HND or BSc.
- Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role (no prior experience required).
