Facility Officer

About the role

The Facility Officer will oversee daily operations and maintenance of residential properties, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients and expatriates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular property inspections and promptly address maintenance, safety, and security issues.
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, water systems, appliances, and furniture.
• Manage housekeeping, waste disposal, pest control, landscaping, and other residential services.
• Serve as the primary contact for client requests and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor utilities such as electricity, water, fuel, internet, and gas, and maintain accurate records.
• Oversee vendors, contractors, security personnel, and other service providers.
• Maintain detailed inventories of furniture, equipment, linen, and kitchen items.
• Prepare properties for move‑in, and handle inspection and restoration during move‑out.

Required profile

• HND in Estate Management, Facilities Management, Building Technology, Engineering, Property Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities, property, estate, hospitality, or residential accommodation management.
• Experience with executive residences, serviced apartments, corporate housing, or high‑end residential properties.
• Strong customer service, communication, coordination, problem‑solving, and vendor‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, respond to emergencies, and maintain confidentiality.
