About the role

Air Solution is expanding its team in Lagos and is looking for motivated engineers across several functions, including sales, service, HVAC, and warehouse operations. Candidates should be technically skilled, customer‑focused and ready to contribute to reliable equipment performance and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities and provide technical solutions to customers (Sales Engineer).
• Install, troubleshoot, maintain and support equipment for clients (Service Engineer).
• Design, install, maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems (HVAC Engineer).
• Manage inventory, documentation and ensure accurate stock control (Warehouse Personnel).

Required profile

• Relevant engineering qualification (mechanical or electrical) or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Willingness to travel when required and work both independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting and installation experience.
