Drilling Project OI Advisor III

About the role

The Drilling Project OI Advisor III will act as the company’s SSHE representative on offshore drilling rigs, ensuring operational integrity and safety standards are met throughout project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement SSHE plans, site inductions, emergency response procedures and safety initiatives.
• Monitor contractor compliance with SSHE requirements, Operational Integrity (OI) standards and Operations Safety Plans.
• Conduct OI compliance audits, site and rig inspections, safety assessments and incident investigations.
• Deliver safety training, facilitate Drill Team SSHE meetings and promote a strong safety culture.
• Analyse safety performance data, identify trends and recommend continuous‑improvement actions.
• Collaborate with drilling teams, contractors, Operations Superintendents and Rig Safety Advisors to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in drilling operations, SSHE or related oil‑and‑gas engineering roles.
• Proven ability to work independently in remote offshore environments under demanding conditions.
• Fluent written and spoken English and physically fit for offshore work.
