Team Leader – Field Service

About the role

As a CP Field Service Team Leader you will lead and develop the Field Service & Repair team supporting the Compression business across Nigeria and West Africa. You will oversee the full operational lifecycle of field service activities, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality service delivery while providing technical guidance to your team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a field service team, manage resource planning, scheduling and performance reviews, and promote a strong EHS&Q culture.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of field service jobs, provide technical and operational guidance, act as escalation point for complex issues, and monitor asset performance and key operational indicators.
• Act as the primary operational contact for customers, collaborate with sales, project management and back‑office functions, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Significant experience in Field Service Engineering within the Oil & Gas industry, specifically with compression equipment.
• Proven supervisory or team‑leadership experience managing technical professionals in a field service environment.
