About the role
Soteria Eye Clinic is hiring a Dispatch Rider in Lagos (Marina/Lekki area) to ride the company's motorcycle and deliver documents and items quickly. The rider also keeps the rider's logbook up to date and ensures all motorcycle documents remain valid.
Key responsibilities
- Ride the company's motorcycle to carry out official duties and transport and receive documents and items quickly.
- Ensure the safety of documents, goods and the motorcycle.
- Update the Rider's Logbook daily with the required information, including items received and delivered.
- Keep assigned motorcycle documents and particulars updated and valid.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for deliveries.
- Use company tools efficiently and perform other duties assigned from time to time.
Required profile
- Minimum secondary school leaving certificate.
- Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a relevant position.
- Familiarity with relevant routes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
