Operations Manager

About the role

DexNova consulting limited is hiring a full-time Operations Manager based in Lagos, Nigeria. The role plans, coordinates and supervises all operational activities, including procurement, sourcing, logistics and project support, and leads the Logistics, Sourcing and Pricing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise operations; develop and maintain operational procedures and workflows.
• Lead and supervise the Logistics, Sourcing and Pricing teams, assign responsibilities, coach team members and allocate resources.
• Oversee sourcing, obtain and evaluate supplier quotations, monitor supplier performance and support negotiations.
• Ensure timely delivery, monitor shipment schedules, coordinate with vendors, freight providers and customers, and fix operational delays.
• Review pricing strategies, prepare accurate quotations on time, monitor costs and support the Sales Team.
• Work with the Sales Team to meet customer requirements, process orders efficiently, resolve operational issues and track projects and orders from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, support ISO standards and quality management systems, and take part in internal and external audits.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports, track KPIs and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• BSc degree (minimum).
• 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
