About the role
Our client, a fast‑growing fintech company, is looking for motivated Direct Sales Executives to acquire and onboard customers for their financial products across Lagos and Abuja. The role involves field work, meeting sales targets and representing the brand to individuals, SMEs and corporate clients.
Key responsibilities
- Sell fintech products directly to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through field sales, referrals, and partnerships.
- Educate prospects on product features, benefits, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pitches, and conversions.
- Provide market feedback to improve product positioning.
Required profile
- Minimum OND qualification; HND/B.Sc is an advantage.
- 1+ years experience in direct, field or fintech sales preferred, but fresh aggressive graduates are considered.
- Strong persuasive and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and comfortable with field work.
- Must reside in Lagos or Abuja.
