Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager

About the role

Community Trust Network is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to boost its online presence, generate quality leads and support student recruitment. You will lead both digital and traditional marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness across Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase visibility and generate leads.
• Manage and grow CTN’s social media platforms, creating engaging content such as graphics, videos, flyers and carousels.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, online advertising and email marketing to drive engagement and conversions.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse trends and recommend improvements.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all channels.
• Execute offline marketing activities, including school outreach, exhibitions and community events.
• Build relationships with educational institutions and strategic partners.
• Generate and follow up on leads, supporting prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email and social media.
• Track campaign results and maintain accurate lead records.

Required profile

• Entry‑level qualification with up to 24 months of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with students, parents and partners.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a focus on lead generation and recruitment targets.
