About the role

Kisha Immigration is looking for a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing & Content Strategist to shape its online presence and drive lead generation. This remote, full‑time position blends storytelling, digital advertising, and sales integration to attract and convert prospects for immigration, study‑abroad, and investment‑residency services.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage high‑impact content for blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Develop and maintain a dynamic content calendar, leveraging AI tools for efficient production.
• Design and execute social‑media strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Engage with audience comments, direct messages, and inquiries to nurture relationships and identify leads.
• Plan, launch, and optimise email marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics such as click‑through and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead nurturing and improve conversion rates.
• Write compelling, story‑driven copy that aligns with the brand voice and supports both short‑form ads and long‑form content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation, preferably within a service‑oriented or consulting environment.
• Strong ability to translate data and analytics into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written communication skills with a talent for storytelling.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.
